At Rtune Racing, we value our customers and strive to provide fast, reliable delivery and a hassle-free return process. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. (delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays).
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (additional charges apply).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
Oversized items may have additional shipping costs.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all components included.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Used or installed parts.
Custom-made or special-order items.
Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@rtunesracing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please include photos of the damage or wrong item in your email.
